Sylvain Lacroix is an award-winning French designer with an international career spanning product, furniture, retail, electronics, home accessories and more .A graduate of ENSCI–Les Ateliers in Paris, his work combines technical innovation with refined aesthetics, always driven by a deep understanding of material and form.

Sylvain began his career at a leading U.S. design house before founding Lacroix Design Limited in Hong Kong in 2006. His clients include Habitat, Kohler, Philips, Alcatel, Waterman, Decathlon, Panerai, Tom Dixon, Mitsubishi.

 

Sylvain also co-founded Alvarae, a high-end carbon fiber venture in Hong Kong (Alvarae) in 2014 and more recently launched SLD Timepieces, while being the lead designer at piment Rouge Bali. 

His work has been featured in global campaigns, and earned him a design award. He continues to work across disciplines and markets, guided by a strong understanding of material, form, contemporary design culture, a corporate culture.
